Role Description We are seeking a Contracted Clinician to provide high-quality mental health services to clients in a remote capacity. As a clinician, you will assess client needs, create treatment plans, deliver therapy sessions, and maintain accurate and confidential client records. Collaborating with other professionals and staying updated on best practices will be a vital part of your role. This is a flexible, remote contract position that allows you to work independently while contributing to a team-focused mission.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in psychotherapy, counseling, and mental health care
- Ability to develop treatment plans and conduct client assessments effectively
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and maintaining secure digital records
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building client rapport
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist) in the state of practice
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
- Time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
