Job Overview We are seeking experienced Healthcare Recruiters specializing in physician placements to join our network. You will work on active, high-priority roles with focusing on placing high-value physician candidates. This is a pure performance-based opportunity designed for recruiters who want to earn $10K+ per deal without limits.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage physician candidates (MD/DO) through outbound outreach
- Conduct initial screening and qualification calls
- Submit qualified, interview-ready candidates
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate with client manager on feedback and next steps
Skills
- Proven experience recruiting physicians or healthcare professionals
- Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn, databases, outbound messaging)
- Ability to qualify candidates effectively and professionally
- Self-driven and comfortable working in a commission-only structure
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline
