Vacation Planner - (Remote, Independent Contractor)

TravelDuet is a travel planning company focused on creating customized vacation experiences for clients worldwide. We specialize in personalized itineraries, curated recommendations, and ongoing client support throughout the travel process. Position Overview We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Vacation Planners, getting their travel agent certification. In this role, you will assist clients in researching, organizing, and booking travel experiences based on their preferences, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities
• Communicate with clients to understand travel needs and provide suitable recommendations
• Prepare and manage travel itineraries and booking details
• Maintain awareness of travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings
• Provide ongoing support to clients before and during travel as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Interest in travel, hospitality, or customer service
• Basic proficiency with online research and digital tools
• Must be 18 years or older with reliable internet access

Compensation & Work Structure

• This is an independent contractor position
• Compensation is commission-based and tied to completed travel bookings
• Flexible scheduling based on contractor availability

Training & Support

• Initial onboarding and training provided
• Ongoing access to resources and support
