[Remote] Hiring - Project Coordinator - Telecom Specialist /Wireless Cellular

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BizTech Fusion is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator - Telecom Specialist /Wireless Cellular. The role involves coordinating telecommunication projects, managing circuit activations, and partnering with field teams to optimize wireless technology capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Work in coordination with Telecommunication Provisioning Business Offices (TPBO) to facilitate activations management actions, projects, initiatives, and coordination to effectively support ongoing growth of telecommunications within the Region
  • Strong understanding of the life cycle of AT&T FirstNet, Wireless, Cellular provisioning and order to support provisioning, changes, roadblock removal, and billing, or analysis
  • Understanding of data provisioning and telco circuit order to support provisioning, changes, roadblock removal, and billing, or analysis
  • Project coordination and administration experience is highly preferred as this is NOT a technical role
  • Partner with the field to identify and collect operational data to support the installation of circuits and facilitate communications with vendors, technical SMEs at the facility and senior leadership
  • Establish a comprehensive framework for telecommunications circuit management at the Enterprise level through use of automated tools, vendor coordination, exception issue handling, existing and new business processes, and close partnership with telecommunications technical SMEs at the facility level
  • Conduct rigorous and ongoing review of the circuits inventory to ensure optimization of capabilities and costs
  • Produce reports, diagrams, recommendations, and metrics which provide clarity to senior leadership and stakeholders relative to the current state and future state circuits portfolio at the Region level
  • Ensure the effective and ongoing management at the Enterprise level for the portfolio of wireless technology capabilities deployed throughout the field
  • Use automated tools, vendor coordination, contracts reviews and contract support (SOW), field supplied data, usage information, knowledge of pricing and tariffs, and partnership with the field to ensure the portfolio of wireless technology capabilities is optimal and supportive of telecommunication objectives
  • Work with business function team members to accomplish assignments, projects, problem resolution and/or program issues under deadlines and timeframes for completion
  • Collaborate in the selection and application of appropriate problem-solving methods and techniques, providing advice on work methods, practices and procedures
  • Develop and implement SOPs regarding telecommunications designed ranging from Local redundant access to transport path diversity
  • Strong MS Office and Excel expertise is critical
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and accountability, be a good communicator, and self-directed team player

Skills

  • Able to pass a drug screening, background check, and obtain a Public Trust
  • Must sign an NDA
