Job Overview: Reporting to the Director of Production, the Junior Creative Producer will primarily be responsible for editing customer video content inclusive of color correction, basic VFX, audio mixing, etc. for digital consumption. They will employ basic motion graphic skills (particularly when it comes to visually interesting captions for social media content) and assemble both first drafts and final exports when required. They will be comfortable shooting social-first content (Camera Phones, DSLRs + lighting and audio gear). This role is available for remote work in the US, though preference will be given to applicants in the Denver, CO metro area. Key Responsibilities: Social-first Video Editing: Logging footage, cutting together video versions from provided footage, basic color correction, basic VFX, audio/music, captioning, etc. Motion Graphics: Dynamic captions, motion graphics a plus (not hand-drawn), logos, intros, outros, etc. Video Production: Occasionally serve as a second camera operator on client shoots using mobile videography and audio equipment (think phone, DJI Osmo Pocket, etc.) Project Management: Ensuring all assets are delivered on time, accurately estimating time required for projects, etc. Communication: Professional language in emails and other communication formats. Formatting: Ensuring all content is formatted and exported correctly for all respective asset destinations. Pre-production: Assisting members of the production team with pre-production elements such as schedule builds, equipment inventory, and willing to learn the basics of managing a production budget. neuemotion marketing assets: taking templates (or even building your own) for marketing our agency regularly on social platforms. Requirements: 0-3 years of professional experience (robust internship experience a plus!) Adobe Suite proficiency (In priority order: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) Portfolio of work demonstrating required skills Bachelor's degree, preferably in digital media, film, or marketing, or an additional 2 years of equivalent experience in professional video production in lieu of a degree. Capable/willing to travel up to 5% of the time.
