Date: May 9, 2026 Location: Lexington, KY, US, 40509 Work Location Type: Remote Description: Job Purpose The Salesforce Senior Developer Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for owning the technical design, development, delivery, and production stability of Salesforce Customer Experience (CX) solutions across Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role represents the highest level of hands-on technical leadership within the delivery organization, requiring deep platform expertise, strong architectural judgment, and consistent execution in complex, enterprise, B2B environments. How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)

  • Lead end-to-end technical execution for Salesforce CX solutions, from design through deployment and ongoing production support
  • Serve as the technical authority for Manufacturing Cloud implementations, ensuring scalable forecasting, agreements, and revenue visibility solutions
  • Own code quality, design decisions, and adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and architecture guidelines
  • Remain hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, integrations, and complex business logic
  • Drive proactive production support by troubleshooting issues, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing long-term fixes
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to deliver agreed scope, timelines, and measurable business outcomes
  • Provide technical mentorship through code reviews, design guidance, and best-practice coaching without formal people management responsibility
  • Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges early and lead resolution efforts
  • Support estimation, sprint planning, release readiness, and post-release stabilization activities

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud in a production B2B environment
  • 6-7+ years of progressive Salesforce experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Proven experience operating as a Development Lead or Technical Lead while remaining hands-on
  • Strong Salesforce development expertise including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and stabilizing production Salesforce environments, including incident resolution and root-cause analysis
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization
  • Experience designing and supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware such as MuleSoft
  • Experience delivering Experience Cloud solutions for partners or customers in a B2B context
  • Nice to have experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B or B2C) and end-to-end commerce flows
  • Nice to have exposure to Salesforce CRM Analytics / Reporting / CX analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex business problems into scalable technical solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to influence technical direction, drive standards, and mentor peers without formal authority
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Gearset, Copado, or similar)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
