OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CASE MANAGER

Discover. Achieve. Succeed. #BeHere Location: US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is REMOTE. FTE: 0.5 Shift: Shift 1 5 days per week, 4-hour workdays. Typical hours are 12:30pm-4:30pm. A minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience is required, along with at least two years in occupational health or case management demonstrating leadership and organizational abilities. Job Summary: Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate all aspects of Workers' Compensation case management, tailored for each staff member from injury onset to safe return to work. Manage worker's compensation cases in compliance with federal and state laws, oversee OSHA recordkeeping, and serve as a resource/mentor for Worker's Compensation for Internal Occupational Health staff and other healthcare team members. Experience: Minimum two years of acute care nursing experience and two years in occupational health or case management with leadership and organizational skills. Education: Knowledge of nursing theory and practice typically acquired through at least two years of education at an accredited School of Nursing for RN licensure. Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Skills: Knowledge of assessment equipment, federal and state LOA, Wisconsin Worker's Compensation, and worksite safety regulations. Licensure: Current Wisconsin RN license or multi-state license from a participating NLC state. Case Manager Certification or Occupational Health Nurse (COHN/COHN-S) preferred. Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay range: $36.38 - $56.39, based on experience.
