Work Details
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Telehealth visits including consults and med consults
- IDT participation and CTIs
- EMR Epic
- Support staff available
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in FM or IM with strong hospice experience
- Active OR license required
- Active WA license required
- OR and WA DEA required and must be in hand
- BLS required
