Occupational Therapy Remote - Idaho
A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist skilled in telehealth and teletherapy services within a school setting. This role focuses on delivering occupational therapy support to students through remote platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions via teletherapy to address students’ developmental and functional needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions in compliance with school and state regulations.
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches to meet evolving needs.
- Provide guidance and support to school personnel on strategies to assist students’ functional performance.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Idaho.
- Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school environment.
- Proficiency in telehealth and teletherapy platforms and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload efficiently.
