Paid Social & Search Expert (Meta, Google) – College Admissions Brand

About the Project: Prepory is a global college admissions counseling company (#18 on the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing education companies list). We've helped 14,000+ students across 70+ countries get into their top schools. We're looking for an experienced paid media freelancer or small agency to own our performance marketing channels on an ongoing fractional basis. What You'll Be Doing: - Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end - Build and maintain audience segments: prospecting, retargeting, and lookalikes targeting families of high school students - Own ad copy and creative briefing for paid social and search - Run structured A/B tests and report results clearly - Manage budget pacing and allocation across channels - Deliver weekly performance reports with lead and enrollment attribution - Coordinate with our internal marketing team on campaign timing around events and webinars What We're Looking For: - 5+ years running paid social and SEM campaigns, ideally for an education, ed-tech, test prep, or college admissions brand - Strong Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads skills at the architecture level (not just campaign boosting) - Experience with HubSpot - Clear, proactive communicator who flags issues before they become problems - Portfolio or case studies showing performance results To Apply: Please include a brief overview of a paid media campaign you've managed in the education space, and any relevant case studies or portfolio links.
