Licensed Therapist (LCSW-C / LCPC / Psychologist) – Telehealth / Hybrid MD | DC | VA | Part-Time | $60–$106 per Session | 1099 Early Glow Health is hiring a Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, or Psychologist) to provide telehealth with OPTIONAL in-person therapy to adults and children (6+) in the DMV This is a part-time, flexible, 1099 contractor role with steady referrals, competitive pay, and full clinical autonomy — ideal for therapists seeking meaningful work without corporate quotas. - Job Type: Part-time, Contract (1099), You focus on clinical work; we manage operations
- Pay: At 15 sessions/week, clinicians typically earn $3,600–$4,500/month
- Schedule: Flexible; you set your availability
- Hours: 10–20+ billable hours per week
- Location: Telehealth
- Start Date: Most clinicians are paneled within 13-30 days
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth (and OPTIONAL in-person)
- Treat adults and children ages 6+
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and treatment planning
- Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, trauma-informed care)
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers (PMHNPs and psychiatrists)
- Complete timely, HIPAA-compliant documentation in SimplePractice EHR
- Participate in peer consultation and team collaboration
- You do not need to specialize in all areas — we match clinicians to what they enjoy.
Required Qualifications
- Active license (must be independently licensed):
- LCSW-C
- LCPC (Supervision availability)
- Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- 1–3+ years outpatient therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Experience with evidence-based therapy models
- NPI number and CAQH profile (credentialing assistance available)
Preferred / Bonus Qualifications
- Additional licenses (DC, VA, MD)
- Experience with ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, women’s mental health
- EMDR SPECIALIST IN OFFICE (Crofton) HIGHLY DESIRED
- Prior insurance credentialing or paneling experience
- Familiarity with SimplePractice or similar EHR
- Interest in group therapy or program development
