Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Phone Interviews on various topics, such as:
+ Child-related issues (individuals with children 18 years or younger) + Cell phone usage (Apple, Android, or Windows, prepaid or contract) + Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games) + Food preferences (fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining) + Sports (casual viewers and die-hard fans) + Electronics (device preferences and usage) + Pets (animal lovers needed, including dogs, cats, and other pets) + Automobiles (ownership, payments, or leasing)
- Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time
- Participating by completing written and oral instructions
- Completing written surveys provided for each panel
- MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection
- Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- Experience:
+ No experience required, but must be able to work independently

Compensation:
