Walmart Retail Link Specialist
Company: Icon Icon is looking for an experienced Walmart Retail Link Specialist to support our team with item setup, listing optimization, and ongoing account management within Walmart’s systems. This is a contract or freelance role, ideal for someone who already works within Walmart Retail Link and understands how to get products live quickly and correctly. What You’ll Do: Create and manage item listings in Walmart Retail Link and/or Walmart Supplier Center Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and compliant with Walmart requirements Upload and maintain product content including descriptions, images, and attributes Troubleshoot listing issues, errors, and setup delays Coordinate with our internal team to gather required product information Monitor item status and help ensure successful item setup and activation What We’re Looking For: Proven experience working in Walmart Retail Link (required) Strong understanding of Walmart item setup, compliance, and approval processes Experience with apparel listings is a strong plus Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple SKUs at once Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines Nice to Have: Experience with licensed or branded products Familiarity with Walmart merchandising or replenishment tools Engagement Details: Project-based or ongoing support (flexible) Remote Compensation based on experience If you have direct experience working in Walmart Retail Link and can help us efficiently get products live, we’d love to hear from you.
