CNC Machinery Service Engineer - CNC machines Entry-Level welcome (36125)

An international machinery manufacturing company is currently searching for a CNC Machinery Service Engineer to join their company. The ideal candidate will have 1~3 years’ experience in machinery application and prefers to have a strong understanding of Precision Machine. This position requires availability to travel to customer sites up to 90% of the time. This is a full-time, direct hire position. Entry-level candidates and new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply. CNC Machinery Service Engineer Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct maintenance on industrial machine onsite at customer locations.
  • Analyze customer needs and requirements and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Recommend additional equipment, parts, and installation / maintenance services.
  • Machine installation, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide training for customers to demonstrate how to operate machines.
  • Assist with preparation of service price quotations and user training materials for customers.
  • Creation of activity reports for upper management.
  • Provide back-up to sales department and prepare service contracts.
  • Other duties as assigned.

CNC Machinery Service Engineer Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field preferred, OR equivalent work experience
  • 1~3 years’ work experience in industrial machinery maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, etc. Work history with precision machinery is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, electrical schematics, and maintenance documents.
  • Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments (electrical metering equipment, multimeters, calipers, gauge pins, etc.)
  • Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Must be able to visit US military facilities
  • Strong professional communication and customer support skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and time management ability
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of the time nationwide.
  • This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, lift in excess of 40 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
