Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Technician based in the Central MetroWest area. The Field Technician will perform home maintenance, repair, and improvement tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall repair, minor plumbing and electrical work, and installations. Additional responsibilities include accurately assessing project requirements, maintaining safety standards, and delivering superior customer service. This position also requires proper documentation of work performed and the ability to work independently while managing schedules efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in carpentry, drywall repair, and basic construction tasks
- Skills in minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Experience with installations, painting, or other general handyman services
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Capability to use and maintain a wide range of tools and equipment safely
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in similar roles or certifications in the trades is a plus
- Ability to manage schedules effectively and work independently
