Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Conduct intake assessments, patient evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring to tailor interventions effectively.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapies with children and individuals with disabilities, focusing on autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing medical records, documentation, and patient information securely and accurately.

  • Qualifications
  • Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education practices.
  • Skilled in data collection methods, patient assessment, behavioral health strategies, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and medical records management under HIPAA guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and patient care activities.
