We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing/Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our MarTech stack, including the tools, data, automation, and integrations necessary for the Global Marketing Organization to function efficiently. This means you will support our digital marketing efforts, reporting and analytics strategy, and MAS/CRM management, while also ensuring the seamless integration of marketing technologies. Since you’re a team player, it will also mean working collaboratively with Creative, Marketing Managers, IT, and Internal Clients to collaborate, identify, design and implement effective, engaging solutions. Responsibilities: Oversee the tools, data, automation, and integrations for the marketing team, and act as the Subject Matter Expert for the MarTech stack to provide the team with the support to launch, track, and optimize their campaigns Advance Alorica’s digital footprint across web properties; manage content updates across company websites to support marketing campaigns and initiatives spanning PR, social media, sales, recruiting, and employee experience Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings; conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for on-page and technical SEO improvement (canonical tags, metadata, sitemaps, etc.) Oversee MAS and ABX platforms like Pardot, Salesforce and Demandbase; ensuring data accuracy and effective use of the systems Manage the marketing reporting ecosystem across platforms (Google Analytics 4, LookerStudio, Tag Manager, Funnel.io, etc.); create reports for an executive-level audience that not only communicate results, but your deep insights based upon experience and best practices Stay up-to-date on the latest digital platforms and approaches for analytics and data collection including cookie, third party pixels, etc. in compliance with local and global regulations and requirements Apply To This Job
