We provide the leads, the licensed CSR support, and the carrier access; you provide the closing skills. The Role We are looking for a high-output Personal Lines Producer to manage and grow a significant book of business focused on auto, home, and umbrella coverage. This role is designed for someone who feels limited by the manual processes of traditional agencies and wants a platform that scales with their ambition. At Ashmont, your production isn't capped by how much paperwork you can file, but by how many conversations you can have. The Ashmont Advantage The Lead Engine: We provide the fuel. We spend heavily on high-intent marketing across Social Media (Meta/Instagram), Google Search, SEO, and premium lead aggregators. You start with a full calendar and a consistent flow of inbound opportunities. Automated Workflow: Our AI-driven systems handle the "Admin Tax"—data gathering, pre-fills, and basic quoting are automated so you can focus on consultative selling. Back-Office Support: A dedicated, licensed CSR team manages the service work, renewals, and endorsements, ensuring your clients are well-served while you stay focused on New Business. What You’ll Do Consult & Close: Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound prospects, providing expert advice on coverage and risk. Strategic Networking: Build and maintain referral relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and other centers of influence. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on lead quality and carrier appetite to help us continuously tune our marketing engine. Portfolio Management: Build a high-quality book of business that benefits from our automated renewal and retention systems. Compensation & Benefits We offer a "Launchpad" model designed to maximize your income from day one while building long-term wealth through renewals. Year 1 Salary: $60,000–$100,000 (Base salary is not a draw—you keep 100% of your salary plus commissions). Commission Structure: 50% Commission on New Business. 25% Commission on Renewals. Year 2 & Beyond: After Month 12, you transition to a 100% commission model. Because we provide the leads and automate the admin, your ability to manage a massive book—and the resulting six-figure renewal income—is significantly higher than at a traditional shop. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years as a licensed P&C producer (Independent agency experience preferred). We sponsor non-resident licenses for producers looking to expand their geographic reach. Location Remote or Hybrid. Our cloud-based stack is built for the modern workforce.
