Implementation Specialist - BR

About the role The Implementation Specialist is responsible for configuring use cases with expertise in Operational/Accounting/Financial Reconciliations. They will ensure the success and quality of implementations by addressing the client's needs as outlined in the solution design, utilizing scalable configuration practices.

Responsibilities

Efficiently and scalably implement use cases following the proposed solution design. Implement the project scope within the agreed upon timelines. Responsible for executing the allocated hours in the Planning sessions assigned to each project; otherwise, report deviations to the Project Manager. Ensure the stabilization of implementation logic. Generate supporting documentation for the implemented process. Deliver the use case to the end user of the client by completing the Delivery document. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Professional in Finance, Accounting or related fields is desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or similar positions.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Excel, is required.
  • Experience in reconciliation processes; knowledge in SQL and in Database Logic and are desirable.
  • Mathematical logic (Entrance test).
  • Comprehend customer´s requirements and integrate them with Simetrik's best practices.
  • Good communication skills according to the client's profile.
  • Ability to communicate with different teams both internally and with client-side profiles.

Soft skills: Research and understand different scenarios to propose solutions to guide end users through the configuration process.

  • Analytical skills, problem-solving, Self-learner and High level of proactivity.
  • Startup experience is a plus.
  • Programming languages such as: VB - Python (Ability to understand beyond the above) is a plus.
