Position Overview We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead and elevate the people function at Transmit Security. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, driving talent strategy, organizational development, and a high-performance culture across a global, fast-growing team. You will own the full HR lifecycle — from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, compensation, and compliance — ensuring our people practices scale with the business.

What You'll Do

Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters, including workforce planning, org design, and leadership development. Directly manage and develop the Recruiting and HR Operations teams, setting direction, priorities, and performance goals for both functions. Serve as the senior HR business partner across Transmit Security's key regions: United States, Latin America, Japan, and EMEA, ensuring consistent, locally-compliant people practices across all geographies. Design and execute HR programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent across technical and go-to-market functions. Champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous growth aligned with Transmit Security's core values. Oversee compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable structures across regions. Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback cycles, and career development pathways. Manage employee relations with a fair, consistent, and legally compliant approach. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and department leaders on headcount planning, compliance, and organizational initiatives. Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decisions and report on key workforce metrics to leadership. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior HR leadership role. Proven track record in a high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or technology company. Experience building and scaling HR functions across multiple geographies, with direct exposure to US, Latin America, Japan, and/or EMEA markets. Demonstrated success leading organizational change and driving culture in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Prior experience partnering with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership teams. Skills & Expertise Deep knowledge of HR best practices across talent acquisition, L&D, total rewards, employee relations, and compliance. Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategy to company objectives. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence at all levels of the organization. Data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS platforms and workforce analytics tools. Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional employment law (US required; international experience a plus). Compensation

The OTE salary range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000. Individual compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and overall business needs.
