Role Overview

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to American Express customers via email, chat, and phone. You'll also perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations, collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery, and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks efficiently to support daily operations
  • Follow company guidelines and policies in customer interactions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective problem resolution and to drive business growth

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent

* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a financial services industry or related field

  • Knowledge of American Express products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
