The Opportunity

We're actively hiring 100% Remote Customer Care Agents to join our team. As a Customer Care Agent – Remote, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to our customers via phone in a high-volume contact center environment. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing proactive communication to internal and external customers, troubleshooting customer issues, and maintaining productive relationships with peers through positive teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering world-class customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone in a high-volume contact center environment

  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and de-escalating customer concerns
  • Multi-tasking using proprietary software programs to track and document calls
  • Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
  • Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email
  • Maintaining productive relationships with peers through positive team work
  • Working with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs
  • Performing other duties as assigned

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* High School diploma or equivalent

  • Authorized to work in the US
  • At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively

Target of 5% of eligible base salary earnings. Plan based upon global arenaflex financial performance and provides a payout opportunity on an annual fiscal year basis. Terms and conditions apply, and benefits may differ depending on position.
