We are hiring a Manager of Clinical Transformation Analytics on the Clinical Quality team to support reputed company’s goal to differentiate ourselves on patient quality by leveraging innovations in health technology including but not limited to AI, wearables, virtual care, and remote patient monitoring. In this position, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of technical solutions that support reputed company’s strategy partnering closely with leaders reputed company the Clinical Transformation team and across the organization. To be successful, you will need to have superior organizational skills and the ability to reputed company technical projects that require cross-functional collaboration.

• Execute on the strategic reputed company for clinical transformation developed in partnership with the Sr. Director of Community and Patient Risk Analytics, the Chief Clinical Transformation Officer, and the Chief Quality Officer.
• Hire, train and manage the clinical transformation analytics team promoting professional development, employee engagement and retention in addition to administrative tasks reputed company to staffing.
• Manage multiple projects through subordinate leads ensuring resources and infrastructure are in reputed company to meet expectations and operate reputed company.
• Partner with the reputed company data scientist to reputed company and implement standard processes for moving machine learning models from development to production including code review, bias testing, performance validation, Vertex AI Pipeline containerization and scaling, reputed company and ongoing monitoring.
• Collaborate on technological needs analyses and coordinate with cross-functional teams on solutions to reputed company with clinical applications.
• Scope potential research and AI projects for feasibility, partner with the reputed company data scientist to guide the technical process, and contribute to individual projects.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• At least one year of leadership or management experience
• Strong SQL and data engineering or data management experience
• Experience leading projects reputed company to integration of technology into applications
• Experience developing and validating machine learning models
• Experience working with EMR and adjudicated claims data
