Job Description

As a Senior Manager - Customer Support, you will be responsible for leading the entire Customer Support Operations for arenaflex. You will work closely with our SaaS startup, which is currently in its hyperscale mode, to drive customer service excellence and deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the Support Framework: Develop and implement customer service policies and standards for the department, ensuring that support processes and solutions are designed with the customer's best interests in mind.

  • Lead and Motivate the Customer Support Team: Foster a culture of excellence, motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service, and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and Implement Customer Service Strategies: Analyze customer service data to drive improvement measures, identify areas for growth, and develop strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage and Maintain Customer Relationships: Address customer needs promptly, handle complex and escalated customer service issues, and provide regular updates to the management on the team's performance and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience, and provide regular reports to the management on the team's performance and customer feedback.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging customer service strategies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in customer service.

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you will need:

8+ years of overall experience

in a customer service role within the SaaS space.

  • Base Location - Hyderabad (WFH): You will be working from home, so you'll need to be self-motivated and disciplined to manage your time effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field: A degree in a relevant field will provide a solid foundation for this role.

A minimum of 7-10 years of experience

in technical support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience with companies like Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar is highly preferred.
