Senior QA Automation Engineer

The platform offers services including ride-hailing, intercity travel, delivery, and task assistance, operating across multiple countries worldwide. 🤝 Soft Skills:

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:
- Russian language is a must
- 3+ years of experience in Functional Testing
- 3+ years of experience in QA Automation
- 1+ year of experience in mobile application testing and automation
- Recent hands-on experience with both functional and automated testing
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman or similar), database operations (CRUD), and basic command-line tools (bash/zsh)
- Proficiency in mobile testing (iOS and Android, including emulators, traffic sniffing, and OS-specific testing)
- Proficiency in Kotlin
- Solid understanding of mobile platforms, client-server architecture, and network protocols
- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems, and test management practices
- Ability to analyze backend and frontend code to identify and isolate defects accurately
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and code review workflows
📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Design and maintain test cases and test suites for product features
- Participate in agile ceremonies including discovery, refinement, decomposition, sprint planning, and demos
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for APIs and mobile UI on iOS and Android platforms
- Implement shift-left testing practices
- Build and maintain test frameworks and tools for QA engineers and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure the reliability and stability of testing infrastructure
- Collaborate with TechOps and other teams to improve quality management processes and testing workflows
- Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with backend and mobile developers to prevent regressions
- Track quality metrics and automate routine QA activities
- Advocate for product testability and mentor QA team members
