Project Coordinator needed for Steel Contractor doing structural and miscellaneous steel for industrial and commercial projects. Positive culture with growing company doing challenging projects including work at Coors Field; University, Multifamily, Commercial, and industrial projects; and projects at companies like Lockheed and RTD. Fast-paced environment. This is NOT a remote position. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management Support
• Keep all Contract Drawings, Submittal Drawings, RFIs, and Change Orders current and organized in Tekla (ERP) Software system
• Initiate and track all submittals and RFIs for assigned projects
• Quickly and efficiently respond to customers as needed
• Help sequence and coordinate deliveries to jobsite by working with Field Manager and Shop Manager
• Help with Job Quality Control by reviewing submittal drawings before processed and sent to Customer for review
• Initiate and complete necessary paperwork needed for jobsite specific security, safety, and access

• Experience with structural steel erection and welding
• Experience with large-scale commercial drawings and projects (Prefer 4 years experience)
• Knowledge of AISC and AWS Standards
