The Role: Creating the Best Travel Experience You are the main link between technical details and customer happiness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communication Skills: Handle different ways of talking to customers—including phone calls, emails, and live chat—using polite and clear Dutch and English. Problem Solving: Fix complicated booking issues and payment questions quickly while still being caring and helpful. Expert Advice: Stay updated on international travel rules and digital tools so you can give high-quality advice. Keeping Records: Carefully write down all customer interactions in the company computer system to make sure the service history is accurate. Reaching Goals: Hit your performance targets while working with a global team to make our service even better.
