Now, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us scale a highly reliable, high-performance AI platform. 🤖 Your Mission As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, automating, and operating the core infrastructure of our platform, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high development velocity. 🎯 What You’ll Do ☁️ Cloud & Platform Architecture Design and evolve our cloud architecture on AWS Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters in production Improve scalability, reliability, and performance of the platform Work closely with engineering teams to reduce lead time for releases ⚙️ Automation & Delivery Automate infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Build and improve fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) Reduce manual work through automation and internal self-service Introduce advanced automation and AI-assisted tools into operational workflows 📊 Performance, Cost & Reliability Optimize cloud costs and resource usage Implement strong observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) Improve security and networking (VPCs, routing, private networking, IAM) Support low-latency, real-time workloads (voice and streaming) 😎 What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Platform Engineering Strong hands-on experience with AWS in production environments Real-world experience running Kubernetes in production (not just labs) Strong networking knowledge (VPC, routing, NAT, load balancers, DNS, etc.) Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform is mandatory) Automation-first mindset (you avoid manual work whenever possible) Ability to work closely with engineering teams Comfortable using AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar) to boost operational productivity Openness to integrating AI-based automation into day-to-day workflows ✨ Nice to Have Experience with real-time / voice / streaming systems Experience with cloud cost optimization Advanced observability setups Experience in multi-tenant SaaS environments 🎁 What’s in it for you 💰 Competitive compensation package 🩺 Health insurance 🚀 Career growth opportunities 🎟 Access to training, events, and conferences 🏡 Remote First model – and if you stop by one of our offices: ☕ Free coffee | 🎮 Arcade | 🌇 Rooftops & terraces | 🎉 Team events 💪 Ready to shape the future of AI with us?
