Position Title: Associate Information Technology Analyst Location: Remote FLSA Classification: Employment Class: Full Time Regular Position Summary: Position includes managing approximately 1720 Automated External Defibrillator (AED) at about 426 Facilities as part of the Nationwide Public Access Defibrillation Program. The Contractor must provide technical, analytical, and administrative support for the national operation of the FAA Workplace Medical Emergency Response (WMER) Program Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Provide technical support for the Automated External Defibrillation PAD Program database Submit Purchase Orders for Program Supplies to FAA Facilities. Attending meetings, briefings, and conferences as required by the Government, Program Manager and other representatives as requested. Provide Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) that document the activities of the previous month and identify planned activities for the following month. Provide support for Sharepoint and upload documents as required. Coordinate with FAA personnel to maintain and provide manufacturer-prescribed equipment refresh; Coordinate with local authorities, typically Emergency Medical Services, to meet all requirements regarding WMER/AED equipment; Coordinate with the facility POCs to verify when the AED equipment check is required and provide notification on a monthly basis (by computer) to the POC. Provide database help desk support to the Program Office, facility POCs, and regional and service area POCs. Education & KSA Requirements: Education:

  • Bachelors of Science in Information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, other IT degrees are required. Engineering, math, and science degrees are acceptable substitute degrees.

Experience: 1 Year of relevant experience required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Database & Microsoft Office Management Organizational Skills Ability to self manage and make timely decisions Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs programs. Possess exceptional customer service skills.
