Collect and present post‑sales experience (Voice of the Customer) to support customer repeat purchases and provide feedback to regional management and the Solutions Units to provide product or method optimization or future new products. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow‑through. Cross‑Functional Leadership Partner with Account Managers, Field Service Engineers, and Application Scientists to co‑develop integrated customer strategies. Coach sales teams on consumables positioning, applications, and workflow value propositions.
