Position Overview: Front Row is seeking a results-oriented Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead paid search strategy and execution across a dynamic portfolio of clients spanning multiple verticals. This role sits at the intersection of hands-on channel management and senior client leadership. You will own day-to-day paid media operations, with a primary focus on paid search, while serving as a trusted strategic partner to your clients, leading weekly touchpoints, shaping blended paid media strategies, and playing a key role on some of our largest accounts. Ownership is expected early, and your impact will be felt quickly. This role requires equal parts analytical rigor and communication excellence. You'll need to be as comfortable digging into bid strategies, search term data, and Excel-driven performance analysis as you are presenting advanced concepts clearly to clients of varying technical backgrounds. The ability to ask the right questions, speak up with conviction, and translate data into actionable strategy is essential. As the team grows around you, so will your leadership responsibilities. You'll mentor and develop team members, help build internal processes that drive efficiency, and contribute to a collaborative culture where the client's KPIs are always the north star. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with deep paid search expertise, a sharp analytical mind, and the communication skills to match. Responsibilities: Run day-to-day paid media operations, specifically paid search, for clients that span across multiple verticals Fully managing and taking sole “ownership” of at least one client within the first two months, depending on business needs Lead weekly touchpoint and strategy calls for your clients Partner with junior team members on accounts to help them grow and achieve their own personal and professional goals Collaborate across the team to help create blended paid media strategies that has the client’s KPI and goals as the north star Discuss advanced concepts in a clear and concise manner to a wide range of audience comprehension levels, communication and presentation skills at this level must be well developed Play an integral role as a team member on a number of our larger accounts that spend over $500k/month Requirements: Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills (there is a reason this is the first bullet, it is our most important qualification) 4+ years of experience in a day to day management of paid media accounts Analytical thinker, always asking the “why” and not afraid to speak up Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and formulas to help drive efficiencies for day-to-day tasks.
