Role Overview The AI Automation Specialist will research, evaluate, and operationalize AI tools and automation workflows across marketing, operations, and customer experience functions. This is a hands-on implementation and enablement role - not an engineering position - focused on integrating the right tools, documenting repeatable systems, and empowering team members to use AI effectively at scale. The AI Implementation Specialist will also oversee SEO content systems and contribute to reporting infrastructure powered by automation. Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

AI Tool Research & Implementation Implement AI tools across marketing, operations, and customer experience to automate tasks and improve team efficiency. Stay current with LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, and emerging capabilities in the AI landscape. Evaluate new tools and deliver clear, actionable recommendations for adoption. Build and document internal AI workflows that teams can operate independently. Workflow Automation Design and manage automations using Make, Zapier, or n8n to reduce manual, repetitive work. Identify business processes suited for AI or automation solutions and implement those solutions end-to-end. Maintain and optimize existing automations as tools and business needs evolve. Internal Enablement Train team members on the effective use of AI tools across departments. Build and maintain an internal AI knowledge base, prompt library, and tool documentation. Serve as the go-to internal resource for AI-related questions, capabilities, and best practices. SEO & Content Systems Oversee agency-managed SEO content including blogs, briefs, and posting - ensuring quality and accuracy throughout. Support leadership content brainstorming sessions and manage administrative content posting. Track organic performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership. Reporting & Dashboards Build dashboards and reporting outputs using AI and automation tools. Identify and act on opportunities to improve reporting speed, accuracy, and actionability. Qualifications - Experience 3+ years of experience in AI implementation, marketing technology, or workflow automation. Deep familiarity with the AI tool landscape, including LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms. Hands-on experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n. Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Surfer SEO. Comfortable integrating tools via APIs and no-code/low-code connectors. Basic understanding of data, analytics, and reporting concepts. Experience in DTC, ecommerce, telehealth, or subscription businesses is preferred. Spanish-speaking candidates preferred. Strong communicator - able to translate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders. Systems thinker - builds for scale, documentation, and repeatability from the start. Collaborative - works effectively across marketing, operations, and customer experience teams. Detail-oriented - ensures quality and accuracy across content, automations, and reporting outputs. Adaptable - stays ahead of a rapidly evolving AI tool landscape and adjusts strategies accordingly. What Success Looks Like Adoption: The team actively uses AI tools to save time and improve output quality across departments. Systems: Documented, repeatable AI workflows exist and operate without requiring constant oversight. SEO: Organic traffic grows through consistent, well-executed AI-assisted content operations. Awareness: Leadership remains informed on AI trends, tool capabilities, and adoption strategies.
