Crypto Treasury Manager
About the Client Our client provides a comprehensive payment infrastructure that enables enterprises, fintechs, and high-growth merchants to access card acquiring, payouts, alternative payment methods, cryptocurrency rails, and open banking through a unified platform. Their services include card processing with direct connectivity to major schemes, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway, multi-market payout solutions, integration of over 50 local payment methods, and account-to-account payments via open banking. The infrastructure is designed for high uptime, compliance, and scalability, offering businesses a single connection to multiple payment methods without the need for multiple providers. Role Overview This role offers the exciting opportunity to manage complex financial operations and influence strategies in a high-growth fintech environment. You will oversee multi-currency cash flows, optimize liquidity, and minimize risks in cryptocurrency transactions, all while working with international banking partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily fiat cash positions across multiple bank accounts, currencies, and payment providers. Process settlements, payouts, funding, and FX operations through banking partners. Monitor cash-in-transit balances, investigate delays, and escalate outstanding transactions. Prepare treasury reports, liquidity forecasts, and reconciliation data for internal teams. Communicate with banks and providers regarding payment operations, KYB, and settlement issues. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing liquidity and minimizing risks in cryptocurrency transactions. Requirements 3+ years of experience in treasury, settlement operations, or payment operations within PSP, EMI, or banking. Experience managing multi-currency cash flows and banking operations. Strong understanding of PSP/payment flows, settlements, FX operations, and reconciliation processes. Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Power Query. Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology. Languages: English B2, Russian C1. Experience in fintech. Key Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. High level of ownership and responsibility. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
