What you’ll be doing: Supporting the Project Manager / Project Specialist with operational and administrative study activities to assist with project delivery and project tracking across functional teams. Supporting the collection and maintenance of operational study information, project metrics, milestones, and tracking tools using study systems and databases. Supporting updates to study timelines under the direction of the PM/PS to help ensure project milestones and deliverables remain current and accurate. Supporting internal and external study communications, meeting coordination, development of agendas, capturing of minutes and maintenance of action item and decision logs. Managing study team contact lists, system access requests, and e-mail distribution lists. Assisting with the coordination of team training, meeting presentations, and maintenance of the study training matrix. Assisting with the coordination and tracking of study-related supplies, shipments, including site and patient materials, in accordance with study timelines and project requirements. Supporting TMF development (TMF filing plans, tracking/qc tools, and TMF access); helping to ensure functional group compliance and that the TMF is accurate, complete, and audit ready at all times. What we are searching for: Associate’s degree (or equivalent) level of qualification in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or a clinical related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience Ideally prior experience working in a support role gained within a CRO environment or, if not, then at least 1-2 years’ administrative experience gained in a fast-paced corporate environment Experienced at minute-taking Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing work to meet competing deadlines Familiarity of ICH/GCP regulations, FDA Guidance Documents/EU Directives/ISO14155 regulations, drug/device development, and clinical monitoring procedures preferred Familiarity of project management terminology and guidelines preferred Confident user of the MS Office suite Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized minimum base pay for this role is $49,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
