Legal Counsel, Products - Remote Position (reputed company in the USA) JDHuntr is currently seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join reputed company. In this role, you will provide general in-house support for legal matters reputed company to our company's Corporate Payments activities and operations. Responsibilities

Supporting reputed company reputed company Transactions: • Assist in negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements such as customer credit agreements, technology integration agreements, financial instruments, marketing and referral agreements, and technology and services agreements. • Work closely with key stakeholders to gather necessary input for agreements. • Ensure the smooth execution of agreements and address any issues or risks that may arise during drafting or negotiations. Legal Compliance And Risk Management • Identify, manage, and escalate any regulatory or compliance matters that arise during the drafting or negotiation process. • Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and ensure that the company remains compliant. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to legal requirements. Qualifications • Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law. • Experience in providing legal support for reputed company reputed company transactions. • Strong drafting and negotiation skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks. • Knowledge of relevant regulations and ability to apply them effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely.
