Senior Social Media & Creator Growth Manager for a USA company (Remote)

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States, Argentina We are looking for a senior-level social leader to build and scale our client's entire social media ecosystem across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. This role goes beyond posting content. You will own strategy, creator partnerships, brand voice, social growth, systems, and performance optimization. We’re looking for someone who understands how to build high-performing content machines for e-commerce/DTC brands and knows how to turn social media into a major growth channel. You should be deeply familiar with creator-led marketing, short-form content, UGC, and performance-driven creative strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Social Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies focused on growth and revenue
• Build monthly and quarterly content roadmaps aligned with launches and campaigns
• Identify winning content formats and scale what performs
• Turn analytics and performance data into actionable content improvements
• Partner with paid media teams to scale high-performing organic creatives

Creator & Influencer Management

• Build and manage a structured creator/influencer program
• Source and manage creator relationships
• Write creative briefs and guide creators toward high-performing content
• Review and optimize UGC for hooks, clarity, engagement, and conversions

Brand Voice & Messaging

• Define and maintain the brand voice across all social channels
• Translate product and oral health education into engaging consumer-facing content
• Ensure consistency across organic content, creators, ads, and educational messaging

Team Leadership & Systems

• Build and manage social/content workflows and SOPs
• Coordinate editors, creators, freelancers, and social team members
• Improve production systems to increase content output and efficiency
• Support and mentor junior team members

Community & Performance

• Oversee engagement, comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Track KPIs including engagement, retention, shares, saves, clicks, and revenue attribution
• Drive measurable social growth, audience engagement, and ecommerce performance

Requirements

• Experience in social media, creator marketing, or growth-focused content roles
• Strong experience growing ecommerce or DTC brand accounts
• Proven success scaling TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube accounts
• Strong understanding of short-form content, UGC, and creator-led marketing
• Experience managing creators, influencers, or ambassador programs
• Experience building content systems, workflows, or managing teams
• Strong understanding of social media performance metrics and optimization
• Experience collaborating with paid media/performance marketing teams
• Excellent written communication and brand messaging skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable with NSFW content
