Responsibilities: As a Website Chat Support Agent, you will have the following responsibilities: Provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers who come to a company's website with inquiries. Utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers. Escalate complex issues to your supervisor for resolution.
