  • About the Opportunity:

The Senior Talent Development Expert role is designed to create and expand leadership and professional development programs that build organizational capability and cultivate future leaders worldwide. This strategic position drives the evolution of learning technologies and fosters a culture of continuous learning, directly impacting the growth and effectiveness of the organization''s talent pool.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design leadership and professional learning programs targeting skill development at all organizational levels.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill needs and develop aligned learning experiences.
  • Lead the selection and implementation of a new Learning Management System to support scalable learning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning by coaching leaders and building professional growth networks.
  • Use data and insights to measure program effectiveness and improve leadership development initiatives.
  • Requirements:
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in learning and talent development, preferably in global or matrix organizations within tech or SaaS sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum design, learning strategy, and program management.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS/LXP platforms with experience leading system selection or implementation.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Practical knowledge of modern learning tools and instructional design, including trends like AI, adaptive learning, and cohort-based programs.
  • Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Learning Sciences, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
  • Pay Range and Compensation Package:
  • The base pay range for this position is: $108,900 to $136,000
