They are seeking a Brand Analyst to support healthcare advertising and commercial strategy by leading analytics and research workstreams, integrating various data types, and developing strategic recommendations for brand positioning.
Responsibilities

- Integrate multiple data types and methodologies to answer commercial and brand strategy questions related to market dynamics, customer behavior, positioning, and growth opportunities
- Develop research approaches, hypotheses, KPIs, and analytic plans in collaboration with senior Analytics and Insights leaders
- Use AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, and pattern recognition while applying strong judgment to validate findings and separate signal from noise
- Produce insight-led outputs that translate data and analysis into clear implications for marketing and commercial decision-making
- Partner closely with 21GRAMS strategists to transform research and data into brand-relevant insights, strategic narratives, and recommendations
- Support strategy deliverables such as competitive landscapes, audience and customer journeys, opportunity assessments, and brand positioning frameworks, grounded in data and market realities
- Contribute to strategic presentations and decks, including key findings, implications, and executive-ready summaries
- Build fluency in how analytics informs brand strategy, creative direction, and go-to-market thinking for healthcare clients
- Develop and sharpen storytelling skills to turn insights into compelling decks that sell ideas and strategies
- Work comfortably in AI-enabled research and analytics environments
- Demonstrate hands-on familiarity with prompt-based workflows, rapid insight generation, and iterative exploration using large language models and adjacent tools
- Apply emerging approaches such as lightweight coding, scripting, low-code or vibe-coding environments for analysis, synthesis, or prototyping where appropriate

- Proactively manage your work, asking the right questions, flagging risks, and knowing when to seek senior input
- Build credibility with analytics, strategy, and account partners through consistent delivery of thoughtful, high-quality work
- Contribute to team learning and knowledge sharing as your expertise grows
