Client Sales and Insights Analyst (Hybrid - Baltimore)

Circana is a leading provider of technology, AI, and data solutions for consumer packaged goods companies. They are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Insights Analyst to support day-to-day servicing needs, collaborate across teams, and deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, leveraging Circana data sets and tools to provide timely and accurate responses
• Collaborate with our client partners and internal teams to maximize and apply insights gleaned from Circana data, including but not limited to retailer level purchase dynamics, household purchase behavior, business and category reviews, and other custom projects
• Develop and deliver data-driven analyses and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint
• Collaborate with internal team members to outline, manage, and execute client projects
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving

Skills

• 1-2+ years' experience in analytical or market research role, or educational background/focus in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in consumer, POS, custom and/or syndicated research in food/foodservice an asset
• Experience accurately interpreting data and clearly articulating findings into cohesive and succinct stories with relevant implications
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities against pressing deadlines; strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• Interest in technology and data visualization
