Analyst, Business Process

They are seeking an Analyst, Business Process to support process documentation and operational consistency across the organization by capturing workflows, developing process maps, and maintaining clear documentation as processes evolve.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and interviews with stakeholders to gather information on business processes and workflows
- Build collaborative relationships across teams to support documentation efforts
- Act as a point of contact for follow-ups and process clarification
- Assist in documenting current-state processes using process maps, flowcharts, and written narratives
- Translate stakeholder input into clear, structured documentation
- Capture process steps, decision points, roles, and system interactions accurately
- Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures and related materials
- Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with business standards
- Maintain organized documentation repositories with proper version control and accessibility
- Assist with process reviews to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Update documentation to reflect process changes and enhancements
- Help maintain accuracy and relevance of operational materials over time
- Support communication and awareness efforts related to updated processes and documentation
- Partner with Change Management and business teams to encourage process adoption
- Help ensure documentation is user-friendly and easily accessible
Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, administration, or business support roles
- Exposure to documenting processes or workflows in academic or professional settings
- Experience in Financial Services, Consulting, or Retail
