Project Administrator
DLR Group is an integrated design firm dedicated to enhancing the human experience through design. They are seeking a Project Administrator to support projects during the construction phase by managing documentation workflows and ensuring effective communication among project teams.
Responsibilities
- Confirm and manage construction phase contractual responsibilities
- Coordinate with the construction phase team, including workflows, meetings, and communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with key team members and serve as the primary point of contact for documentation and workflows
- Establish and maintain tracking and logging for construction documentation workflows
- Manage pay applications, ensuring compliance with DLR Group’s risk management standards and processing approvals
- Handle submittals, RFIs, and cost documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Assist with field reports, punch lists, and closeout procedures
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of A/E construction phase processes and contractual responsibilities
- Proficiency in task organization, completion tracking, and prioritization
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Vantagepoint, Newforma, Procore, and AIA Contract Document software
