[Remote] Junior Associate Disability Attorney

The Junior Associate Disability Attorney will represent clients in hearings and assist with various legal tasks, contributing to the firm's mission of helping clients regain financial stability and independence.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges
- Answering client questions
- Reviewing & developing pre-hearing and hearing level cases
- Conducting legal research
- Writing pre-hearing brief memorandums for disability hearings
- Drafting appeals council briefs
- Regular client contact, mostly by telephone but also in person, by mail and email
Skills
- Attorney License
- Reliability and Dependability

- Strong Communication Skills, Both Oral and Written
- Excellent Legal Writing Skills
- Ability to Travel to and from Hearings in Other Cities and States Up to 70% of the Time
- Residence in One of the Above Listed States
- Knowledge of Social Security Disability Law is Preferred but Not Required
