Responsibilities

  • Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust

Skills

  • 0-5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in brokerage processing preferred
