Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Labcorp is seeking a remote Accounts Receivable Specialist I (Provider Enrollment Administrative Assistant) to join our team. The role involves preparing and maintaining reports, completing provider enrollment applications, and supporting departmental projects while ensuring accurate documentation and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, maintain, and update reports and documents using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Complete provider enrollment and credentialing applications for multiple payors with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate document signatures and facilitate communication between Directors and Vice Presidents
  • Manage inter-office mail, document scanning, and secure handling of confidential materials
  • Support departmental projects, including denial resolution activities and inventory tracking
  • Utilize Adobe Pro and internal systems/portals for document management and data entry
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks

Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in healthcare administration, provider enrollment or credentialing, payer support, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment
  • Knowledge of internal Labcorp billing systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Pro, and online portals
