[Remote] Data Entry Specialist, Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ABC Legal Services is the national leader in service of process, with a focus on advancing technology and business processes. They are seeking an e-File Specialist who will review and file legal documents using online platforms, collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, and participate in ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Complete additional projects as assigned
Skills
- No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Typing speed of at 50 to 60 wpm
- Tech experience is strongly preferred
