Administrative Clerk (Enrollment)

Injured Workers Pharmacy (IWP) is a specialized home delivery pharmacy focused on workers' compensation. The Administrative Clerk will support the Enrollment Department by performing data entry, communicating with healthcare providers, and managing administrative tasks to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Enrollment team through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks
  • Accurately data enter new patient accounts, maintaining a high level of attention to detail in a high-volume setting
  • Send customized texts to our patients and work a queue of daily tasks
  • Contact provider offices through outbound calls to provide our information as their preferred pharmacy
  • Update tracking tools (spreadsheets, logs, and reports) to keep work organized and visible when applicable
  • Independently prioritize tasks and manage your workload to meet deadlines and team goals
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities to support team success and continuous improvement

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of administrative or clerical work preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player; ability to work independently while supporting multiple company functions
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to be flexible to support the departments needs
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to work the following schedule: Monday to Friday 10:30 to 7:00 pm
  • This position requires full-time, in-office attendance during the initial training period
  • Bilingual a plus
