Inside Sales Representative
STERIS Corporation is a leading global provider of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis on infection prevention. As a Procedural OR Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of the Procedural OR product line to new and existing customers, aiming to meet or exceed sales objectives and quotas.
Responsibilities
- Manage, prospect, and build relationships within an assigned territory to increase revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Drive sales of medical supplies and devices that have a medium length sales cycle and existing account penetration
- Manage sales pipeline and monthly business forecasting
- Present quarterly business updates to business unit executive leadership team
- Attend national sales meetings and conferences
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Open to future growth opportunities and relocation to outside field sales in various markets across the country
- Ability to travel overnight up to 15%
- Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements
- 1 year of sales experience
