- Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to effectively identify and pursue potential business opportunities
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, including the ability to meet or exceed targets and implement strategic growth initiatives
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in third-party logistics (3PL) or eCommerce sectors is a strong asset
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
