Inside Sales Representative

Tessco LLC is a leading North American distributor of wireless networking solutions. They are seeking an ambitious Inside Sales Representative to support their government team and drive growth in small and emerging accounts while qualifying new opportunities for the senior sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing small accounts through consistent outreach, relationship building, and tailored solutions
  • Proactively identify, research, and qualify new accounts to hand off to senior sales executives. (see below – Portfolio)
  • Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and product/service presentations
  • Execute targeted campaigns to expand revenue within assigned accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, opportunities, and activities
  • Collaborate closely with outside sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity, qualification, and revenue growth targets

Skills

  • 1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer-facing experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to qualify prospects and uncover decision-making processes
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and professional growth
  • Comfort using CRM tools and sales technology
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
